Water-heater manufacturer looks South
Stiebel Eltron, a Thai manufacturer of water heaters, water filters and hand dryers, is looking to the South of Thailand to open new sales channels.
The southern market has shown great business potential in both the hospitality and property sectors, the company said in a statement.
Stiebel Eltron said it continues to expand its business outside of the Bangkok metropolitan area, and the South accounts for 16 per cent of total sales.
More than 32 per cent of sales outside of the Bangkok metropolitan area are in the south, with Phuket dominating 30 per cent of regional sales.
