TBN Software introduces rapid app builder
TBN Software, a Bangkok-based developer of enterprise software, will be the sole sales representative in Thailand for Mendix, a Danish aPaaS (application platform as a service) provider.
The deal, which is expected to increase TBN revenue by 40 per cent, centres on the next generation of software to assist businesses in their digital transformation and help the country’s transition under the government’s “Thailand 4.0” initiative.
Mendix offers custom software and application development that more than 40,000 developers around the globe have used, especially in Europe and the United States.
Research house Quantitative Software Management says Mendix delivers a “productivity advantage” six times greater than traditional programming methods.
“The Mendix platform enables company to execute a digital transformation strategy, paving the way to an era of Thailand 4.0 with the greatest strengths of speed and non-code development,” said TBN managing director Panayu Sirikrachangsri.
“Additionally, Mendix provides extensive functions, supporting cloud and upcoming technology, proven by the adoption of giant corporations in various sectors, such as banking, insurance, real estate and industry.”
