Thai Oil upbeat on big growth in 2017 profit
Thai Oil Plc is confident that the company will post robust financial growth in the third quarter of of this year, thanks to the net profit from its stock movement of more than Bt2 billion, the company’s chief executive officer and president Atikom Terbsiri said yesterday.
He added that growth continued in the oil market in the third quarter as was the aromatic industry. The company suffered a stock loss of Bt2 billion for the second quarter of this year. “We are confident that our financial result for this year will be higher than last year’s net operation profit of Bt13.8 billion. The company reported a net operation profit of Bt9.4 billion in the first half of this year,” he said.
