Ticon pegs nine-month profit at Bt247 million
Ticon Group has reported net profit of Bt247 million for the first nine months of 2017.
Chief executive Virapan Pulges of Ticon Industrial Connection Plc said on Monday the company is in the process of merging its three property funds into the Ticon Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (TREIT) by the year end of the year.
It plans to announce a new “strategic roadmap” in early next year with an aim to making the group the No 1 “total solution provider” for industrial properties in Southeast Asia.
