Teams invited to join SCG Hackathon
Siam Cement Group is hosting a Hackathon competition over three days and two nights.
Themed “Passion for Open Innovation“, the competition invites people of all ages, professions and skills, including developers, designers and business planners, to showcase their talents, skills and capabilities. Participating teams will collaborate to generate ideas and solutions that shape the country’s future and meet customer demand in the digital age through three challenges: 1) Growing Business with our Partners through Technology, 2) Developing Industrial Sustainability and 3) Revolutionising Living.
Apart from opportunities to meet and exchange knowledge and experiences with attendees from SCG and the start-up industry, participants will also get a chance to network with new friends who could become future business partners. Prizes of Bt200,000 will be awarded to the best teams from each of the three challenges and up to three prizes worth Bt100,000 will be given to the best teams of BU’s Choice. Total prize money is up to Bt900,000. Participants with outstanding creativity will get support from SCG to further their ideas for great transformations in the future.
