TPI POLENE Debentures planned for expansion, bids
TPI Polene Power Plc will issue three-year debentures worth Bt4 billion with an interest rate of 3.9 per cent a year on November 22-27, 2018.
Proceeds from the issuance will be used for business expansion and biddings for other power plants, the company’s deputy managing director Pakkapol Leophairatana said yesterday.
The company has appointed CIMB Thai Bank to be its financial adviser and underwriter, he said.
