Appliances firm hails annual growth
Haier Thailand forecasts year-end revenue of Bt3.4 billion, a 26 per cent growth compared to last year.
To accentuate brand awareness, the company plans to launch new air conditioner line with the Super IFD technology that handles small particles of PM 2.5.
Zhang Zhenghui, president of Haier Electrical Appliances in Thailand, distributor of Haier products, revealed that Haier expects to reach gross revenue of Bt3.4 billion at the year-end, a 26 per cent growth from last year.
The satisfactory growth comes from the exceeding development in different product lines. Those include air-conditioners (Bt1.61 billion), refrigerators (Bt610 million), washing machine (Bt460 million), freezers (Bt360 million), commercial
air-conditioners (Bt185 million) and others (Bt175 million).
In the first quarter of 2019, Haier aims to continue the enforcement of strategic business plans in its core product lines, including air-conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators.
