Super-elite SCOPE Langsuan condos to feature celebrity interior design

Super-elite SCOPE Langsuan condos to feature celebrity interior design

The interior designer for New York’s most expensive condominium building, Danish-born Thomas Juul-Hansen, will today debut his first project in Thailand with the launch of SCOPE Langsuan residential condominium.

SCOPE Langsuan is situated on the most expensive piece of freehold land in Thailand, purchased in 2018 at Bt3.1 million per square wah. Sample residences are slated to open for viewing on July 17, 2019 at the Langsuan Road site.
Thomas Juul-Hansen designed the interiors of New York’s ONE57, nicknamed “The Billionaire Building”. ONE57 held the record for the most expensive home ever sold in the city until January 2019 with the sale of a Bt3.14 billion (US$100.5 million) residence. ONE57 was also the tallest residential building in New York City when it opened in 2014.
Long-time property development innovator Yongyutt Chaipromprasith, who is also the CEO of developer SCOPE Co Ltd, said, “We’re a disruptive developer, focusing exclusively on designing and building top, international standard premium homes and we cater to a new generation who seek homes where the design and build quality match the very best available in New York or London. So, we’ve teamed up with the best partners in the world. SCOPE Langsuan is our reference project.”
The project combines international premium standards and excellent design, with one of Bangkok’s best locations on super-prime Langsuan Road, he added. SCOPE Langsuan has 158 residences and one commercial estate, rises 34 floors, is only 170 metres from Chitlom BTS station, and has a project value of over Bt7.8 billion.
Chaipromprasith said that the company has invested the highest design fees, ever, for a Bangkok condominium of this size because “we know that supreme comfort, functionality, convenience and good taste in a residence have to be ‘designed in’ from the beginning and into every aspect of the home down to the smallest detail. And with great design and build quality, there will always follow strong, long-term property value appreciation.”
He added, “We have also joined hands with one of the world’s most admired architectural design firms, KPF (Kohn Pedersen Fox) for the exclusive consult of architectural design of SCOPE Langsuan. Many of their buildings around the world have become city landmarks and they will help make SCOPE Langsuan a stand-out residential building in Bangkok.”
SCOPE Langsuan is scheduled for completion in early 2023. Its 158 residences range in price from approximately Bt38 million to Bt250 million with one-bedroom residences sized at around 83 square metres, two-bedroom residences at 153 to 162 sq m, and penthouse residences at 419 to 443 sq m. All residences have a ceiling height of 3.5 metres, with 4 metres for penthouse residences. All have floor-to-ceiling windows and a private lift lobby.
SCOPE Langsuan is also offering an extraordinary range of lifestyle facilities for all generations, including a movie projection room with state-of-the art sound and vision systems, a conference room, co-working space, a sky lounge, music rooms, private storage facilities, and an activity room for children. They also boast a gym and fitness room, an onsen (Japanese-style hot spring), a sauna, a yoga room and temperature controlled swimming pools.
Also offered are five-star services, including maid and cleaning services, receptionists, 24-hour comprehensive security and valet parking services with space for more than 231 cars.
