SET in the City’ booked for mid-November
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and allies will host the annual investment expo “SET in the City” from November 14-17 at Siam Paragon in Bangkok, offering a wide range of investment tools, products and services.
SET president Pakorn Peetathawatchai said every segment of Thai investor, with their diverse needs, goals and appetite for risks, would be able to find appropriate investment advice and services at the exposition.
The SET’s goal is “to enhance investment education and investment culture, as such creating wealth for everyone”, he said.
The four-day event will feature innovative investment technologies, tools, products and services, including cross-border products, from the SET, commercial banks, securities firms, asset-management companies and life insurance firms.
Investors and visitors can attend activities including financial planning workshops, investment-related seminars on 80-plus topics, demonstrations of investment tools and quality stock research papers.
Retails investors can also experience the new version of the SET’s market analysis and reporting tool SetSmart, which includes new mutual-fund information.
