SET rebounds from slump on Thursday

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Index ended at 1,128.91 today (March 13), advancing 14.00 points (1.26 per cent) over Thursday's close with an index high of 1,164.16 and a low of 969.08 on a total transaction volume of Bt119.659 billion.

A stock analyst at Krungsri Securities expected the SET to slide to between 1,050 and 1,080 today due to a lack of positive factors, and the index to follow global stock trends.
“Most global stocks dropped due to uncertainty among investors following the Covid-19 outbreak, which has intensified in Europe and the US,” the stock analyst said.
The top ten stocks with the highest trade values today were BAM, PTT, AOT, CPALL, GULF, ADVANC, PTTEP, BBL, SCC, and KBANK
