Krungsri Bank cuts lending rates in bid to help customers

Krungsri Bank is cutting its MLR, MOR and MRR lending rates by 0.40 per cent in an effort to help customers pull through the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. The cuts will be effective from April 10.

The bank had previously reduced its lending rates on March 24.
The new lending rates are as follows:
• Minimum Loan Rate (MLR) is now 5.83 per cent from 6.23 per cent.
• Minimum Overdraft Rate (MOR) is now 6.3 per cent from 6.7 per cent.
• Minimum Retail Rate (MRR) is now 6.3 per cent from 6.7 per cent.
Seiichiro Akita, the bank’s president and CEO, said the new rates are part of the bank’s continued efforts to help customers adversely affected by this outbreak, and reflects Krungsri Bank’s commitment to help customers pull through these challenging times together.
