He also dismissed the names brought up by media as potential candidates for the job, including former transport minister Arkhom Termpittatapaisith and Finance Ministry’s permanent secretary Prasong Poontaneat.
The premier also said no other Cabinet positions will be changed other than the appointment of a new finance minister.
