MEA Smart Life Application wins at ICT Excellence Awards 2016
Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has received an award at the Thailand ICT Excellence Awards 2016 in the category of Core Process Improvement Project which is part of MEA Smart Life project.
The application has been developed to provide an additional service channel for customers of MEA using a convenient and modern Smart Phone interface.
The application offers a number of interesting functions such as checking and payment of electricity bills, and notification of electricity failures from just two clicks. MEA Smart Life Application can be downloaded from the App Store on iOS phones and the Play Store for phones running on Android.
