A Lego world for Christmas

A Lego world for Christmas

Kids and adults alike can now explore a land of endless imagination and creation with the opening of Thailand’s first Lego Shop at Siam Paragon under a partnership agreement between The Lego Group and DKSH (Thailand) and the kuxury shopping complex.

The store is built in line with the Lego concept and features a Lego Mosaic Wall on the left measuring a massive 2 x 3.25 metres. It is currently the largest mosaic wall in Thailand and made from more than 103,000 bricks. The picture showcases Bangkok’s Grand Palace and was crafted by Nicholas Foo, a Lego Certified Professional from Singapore.
Atsushi Hasekawa, Leonard Tan, Mayuree Chaipromprasith, and Naratipe Ruttapradid welcomed many celebrities and stars to the opening event, among them Ploenchan Vinyaratn, Rapeeporn Wongthongkham, Suthita Panyayong, Sirinya Bishop, Nana Rybena, Siwat Chotchaicharin, and Nawat Kulrattanarak.
The shop offers a comprehensive range of Lego products and a unique, engaging play experience to all fans in Thailand. The PAB Wall, an exclusive PickABrick wall, comprises a hundred bubbles, each filled with Lego bricks and elements that allow shoppers to select pieces in different shapes and colours then pack them into transparent cups for purchase. This service will allow shoppers to build a Lego model based on their own design and imagination. A wide variety of Lego model sets are also available.
In addition, the store features a “BuildAMini” zone, where customers can create their own Minifigures from different types of head pieces, faces, bodies, bottoms and accessories.
