LEADING CHINESE manufacturer and distributor of fashion products HLA has landed in Thailand with a bang, with its three brands HLA, HLA Jeans and OVV recently opening a flagship store at CentralWorld.
Gaining its popularity amongst consumers in the Asian region thanks to strong distribution channels, high-quality products, favourable prices and a range of choices, HLA and HLA Jeans made their debut in 2017 in Malaysia and quickly became top-selling brands.
A-list stars and high-profile celebrities turned out en masse for the grand opening in Bangkok, which featured a spectacular fashion show that showcased the uniqueness of each brand’s characteristics.
Superstar Anne Thongprasom led a bevy of stars on the fashion runway while stars, celebrities and distinguished guests enjoyed the parade from the front row.
Actress Nuttanicha Dungwattanawanich showed off apparel from the spring-summer collection of HLA Jeans, a bold and avant-garde combination of chic design and unexpected boyish style that suited her. She appeared alongside actor Phiravich Attachitsataporn and together they underlined how HLA Jeans add a sense of style to urban youth. Namthip Jongrachatawiboon, meanwhile, strutted down the runway in fashion creations from OVV’s new spring and summer collection. Known for its exquisite fabrics and tailoring, the outfits are both elegant and fashionable and equally suited to professional life and casual functions.
Actor Phupoom Phongpanu represented HLA at the fashion show. A well-known menswear brand in China, HLA leads the market thanks to its outstanding quality and fashionable designs.
Singer Tom Isara, aka Tom Room 39 and Pam Sirapassara serenaded the models on the catwalk with their best-known numbers before handing over to boy band SBFive for the finale. The front row was packed with celebrities kitted out in HLA designs, among them Khemanit “Pancake” Jamikorn, Pechaya “Min” Wattanamontri, “Bie” Thassapak -”Gubgib” Sumonthip Hsu, and Tanapon “Perth” Sukhumpantanasan.
