Summer quenchers
It may have been grey and cool in recent days but Dean & Deluca is looking towards those hotter days with a “Summer Drinks” menu in five cooling recipes.
The Amazing Hot Melon Creme Latte, served hot yet still cooling, combines MahaNakhon Roast espresso with fragrant melon milk, fresh melon, melon milky powder and whipped cream.
The Amazing Iced Melon Pudding Latte blends melon milky pudding with fresh milk, vanilla and Japanese melon, along with a MahaNakhon Roast espresso shot, ice, whipped cream, melon milky powder and fresh melon to keep the heat at bay. Amazing Melon Smoothie features Japanese melon, melon puree, kiwi puree and ice. The glass is topped with fresh melon.
These three melon drinks will be available at all Dean & Deluca stores nationwide, except the Khao Yai and Suvarnabhumi branches until August 31.
In addition to melon drinks, Dean & Deluca has also created a duo of Summer Soda Floats that are being served until May 31.
Yuzu Soda Float instantly quenches your thirst with zesty yuzu puree from Japan. The drink boasts ice, soda, mandarin orange and summer fruit sorbet to maximise the cooling effect. The Lychee Soda Float, meanwhile boasts lychee puree, soda, ice, fresh lychee and a scoop of cooling summer fruit sorbet.
