Luxury hotel Sri Panwa Phuket is offering guests a unique and unforgettable gustatory treat on May 2 and 3 by inviting Waygumafia and Sushi Tokami into the kitchens of Baba for a night of flavours and fun.
Founded in 2016 by Hisato Hamada and Takafumi Horie, Wagyumafia offers the most expensive Wagyu beef in the world. An expert in progressive kaiseki, its chef Satoshi Nagayama is flying in to town to participate in the event.
The Michelin-rated Sushi Tokami serves patrons the traditional Edo-mae style of sushi crafted with only the freshest fish and the finest ingredients and seasonings. Its executive chef, Jackson Yu, who was born and raised in Beijing, has been preparing traditional edo-mae sushi for nearly 20 years and also owns the Michelin-starred Omakase, Live Sushi in San Francisco, as well as Okane.
