If slow-cooked suckling pig with nectarine catches your fancy, head to Rossini’s at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel Bangkok, where executive chef Gaetano Palumbo has great new lunch and dinner menus for June.

As well as Risotto with White Asparagus, Speck Ham and Coffee Powder and Hokkaido Scallop Tartar with Asparagus, Truffle Caviar, Tarragon Sabayon and Pine Nuts – and that suckling pig – Palumbo is doing amazing things with Italian cuisine. 
Everything can be ordered from a set menu or a-la-carte.
The chef is celebrating Italian food’s regional diversity with a “Grande Tour of Tuscany” Wine Dinner on June 23.
Expertly pairing fantastic Tuscan dishes with wines selected by hotel partner G Four, Palumbo makes the most of the setting. Rossini’s is designed in the style of a Tuscan villa, an enchanting setting for extraordinary meals. There are intimate private rooms if the diner prefers.
