Wines from the Valley
Hamilton’s Steak House of Dusit Thani Bangkok and Robert Mondavi Winery, a symbol of Napa Valley for more than 40 years, will play host to a wine dinner on July 20.
Guests will be welcomed with a cocktail and a glass of Robert Mondavi Woodbridge White Zinfandel to whet the appetite and the five-course meal begins with Fresh Crab Salad with Pineapple, Deep-fried Calamari Ring, Micro Herbs and Grapefruit Jelly paired with Robert Mondavi Private Selection Sauvignon Blanc.
Next up is Lobster Ravioli, Light Lobster Foam with Avocado Chips served with a tempting glass of Private Selection Chardonnay with its notes of ripe apple, melon, citrus, and tropical fruit aromas enriched by creamy malolactic tones, spicy French oak nuances, and enticing baked bread scents.
The third course is pan-fried Keta Salmon Lightly Smoked with 4 Spices, Green Fava Bean, and White Asparagus and is partnered with Private Selection Pinot Noir. The main course features Duo of USDA Beef Tenderloin and Short Ribs, Parsnips Mousseline, Baby Turnip, and Red Wine Sauce with Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
The meal ends with Chocolate Raspberry Creation with Cherry Sauce and glass of Woodbridge Zinfandel.
