Tempted by truffles
Truffles are back in season and Fei Ya at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel is celebrating their return with impressive menu bursting with their unique aroma and intoxicating flavour, throughout July and August.
Carefully hand picking each truffle to ensure the highest quality, chef Leung Shing Hoi will tantalise your taste buds with Cantonese food dishes that bring out the best of this highly prized delicacy. Leung highlights include braised assorted mushrooms with oyster sauce and freshly shaved truffles, boasting multiple layers of flavour and texture. Another musttry, Black Truffles Fried Rice, meanwhile, gives new aromatic character to the classic Cantonese dish.
Fei Ya’s Special Truffle Menu is served daily for lunch and dinner. Prices start from Bt650 per dish. The restaurant is located on the hotel’s 3rd floor.
