A festive start to the season

The Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok looks ahead with the festive season with a variety of culinary offers and entertainment.

Starting from November, Hanuman Bar unveils its 2017 Festive Hampers featuring Christmas fruit cake festive-flavoured macaroons, Christmas cookies, Dresdner stollen, Christmas pudding, festive-enhanced granola and more.
The Heritage hamper is priced at Bt3,900. The Connoisseur is priced at Bt7,000 and a personalised hamper option is also available where customers simply select items from the a la carte collection. They are available for purchase from November 1 to  January 15 in the hotel lobby. 
On Thursday November 23, Brasserie Europa invites families and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving with a traditional dinner from 6.30 to 10.30pm. The dinner is priced at Bt3,000-plus per adult with freeflow alcoholic beverages, Bt1,900-plus per adult (dinner only) and Bt950-plus per child (aged 6 – 12 years). This traditional feast features slowcooked butterball Turkey with traditional stuffing and gravy, roasted USA prime rib with red wine jus, honey glazed ham with mustard, roasted pumpkin bisque with pumpkin seed and pumpkin oil soup, served at your table plus Maryland crab cake with chipotle sour cream and pastrami ‘Rueben’ sandwich with thousand island dressing served as pass around items.
The buffet also includes Brasserie Europa’s fabulous ‘Seafood on Ice’ with snow crab legs, tiger prawn, scallops (in shells), oysters and mussels with traditional condiments. 
The extravagant dessert station is a fitting finale to this annual Thanksgiving celebration with traditional pumpkin pie, cranberry pie, red velvet cake, maple cheesecake with roasted apples, rhubarb clafoutis, premium ‘Dulcey’ chocolate fountain with a variety of condiments and American doughnuts.
From December 1, capture the festive atmosphere at the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok as the hotel joins hands once again with BE Health Association to host a series of Christmas carol performances every Sunday by children from Chumchon Moobaan Pattana School in Bangkok’s Khlong Toei district.  Performances on December 3, 10, 17 and 24 take place from 5 to 5.30pm and 6 to 6.30pm. Special performances will take place on Christmas Day (December 25) at noon and 1pm.
