Dream Bangkok Hotel’s Flava Restaurant & Bar and Flava Lite Rooftop & Bar are offering a true taste of Thailand with a brand new “Four Regions” set menu.
Inspired by the signature dishes and different flavours unique to each region, award-wining executive chef Booncherd Kaewplang has created a Central Thai set featuring Deep Fried Prawns in Filo Pastry, Panaeng Curry with Pork, Spicy Seafood Soup, Thai style Omelette and Jasmine Rice.
The Northern Thai Set has Spicy Sausage, Northern Green Chilli Dip & Crispy Pork Snack, served with Noodle Chicken Curry Soup, Steamed Pork Cakes, and Sticky Rice.
Customers can enjoy Grilled Chicken and Spicy Minced Pork Salad in the Northeastern Thai Set. There is also Northeastern Style Beef Curry and Thai Spicy Sausage paired with Sticky Rice. The Southern Thai set, meanwhile, boasts Stir Fried Minced Pork with Hot Yellow, Deepfried Chicken Wings, StirFried Shrimp with Sator and Shrimp Paste, Southern Style Fish Yellow Curry with Papaya, and Jasmine Rice.
