Soft shell shuffle
Hong Kong Fisherman at Impact Exhibition Centre is bringing back its four soft shell crab dishes with a special promotion that runs until November.
Based on original Hong Kong recipes, the menu has the crabs wok-fried with spring onion and Ginger, a perfect combination of taste and texture, and sauteed with salted duck egg yolk cream.
Also on offer are Deep fried Soft Shell Crab with Fresh Fruit Salad, a healthy and refreshing dish comprising mixed fruits and c crab in special mayonnaise dressing, and Wok-fried Soft Shell Crab in XO Sauce. Prices range from Bt450 to Bt480.
