The Vegetarian Festival is now in full swing all over the country and many Bangkok-based hotels are taking part in the celebration.

Fook Yuan restaurant at the Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel Bangkok features a delicious array of vegetarian dishes that include dim sum, ha gao, spring rolls, wok-fried egg noodle with sesame oil, baked bean curd with condiment in clay pot, and bamboo pith soup with black mushroom.
