The Beach House restaurant at luxury resort Santiburi Koh Samui is celebrating the festive season with a choice of relaxing tropical-style dinners on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

On December 24, Santiburi will kick off the celebrations with a special cocktail served with Santa Claus on the beach before guests move to the poolside and enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes.
They include Salmon and Hokkaido Scallop variation, Grilled Lobster Tail with angled seabass fillet and tiger prawn tempura and a dessert list that features pineapple tarte tartin, Coconut panna cotta and White rum parfait. 
On the night of December 31, guests can join a magical rainforest-themed extravaganza with live music performances and an al fresco dance floor by the beach. 
The unique oceanside event, which is open to just 80 guedts, will bid farewell to the year of 2017 with a memorable dining experience. While fireworks light up the entire north shore of Koh Samui, Swiss executive chef,Adrian Hauenstein serves up a wonderful rainforest dinner featuring freshly prepared Nordic gravlax and delicious carved black Iberian ham, fresh salads and pumpkin soup with ginger ice cream. 
The live cooking stations offer several imported meats for main courses including marinated French duck breast and Australian Black Angus tenderloin, as well as Thai and Asian delights, including seared Hokkaido scallops, and grilled rock lobster, tiger prawns, red snapper and squid. 
In a festive tradition, the carvery will serve roast turkey with stuffing, honey-glazed ham, herb-crusted rack of lamb and English roast beef. Delicious sides, desserts and an international cheeseboard will round off a meal to remember.

Santiburi Koh Samui’s Christmas Eve menu is priced at Bt3,800-plus per person and the Mystic Jungle New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner costs Bt8,500-plus per person.
