Begin with fresh oyster with Sichuan chilli sauce and chilled scallop with avocado dressing, followed by Peking duck roll with strawberry and plum sauce. Braised abalone and goji berry soup with crispy rock lobster are also served together with wagyu beef, snow fish, Chinese mustard leaf and fried rice.
