Jojo at St Regis makes room for Michelin chef’s ‘Peak’ menu

Jojo at St Regis makes room for Michelin chef’s ‘Peak’ menu

The St Regis Bangkok will host “an intimate pop-up countertop restaurant” for the rest of the year within its own popular restaurant, Jojo.

“The Peak” was conceived by Andreas Caminada, chef-owner of the three-Michelin-star Schloss Schauenstein housed in a castle in Fürstenau, Switzerland.
The countertop restaurant at Jojo from November 14 to January 2 will feature a six-course menu that Caminada prepared specially for the Peak – and room for only 12 diners per evening.
The lucky 12 will be encouraged to share their portions of Black Cod Pumpkin Cicorino Rosso, Mackerel Avocado Daikon Wasabi, Lamb Loin Lamb Belly Harissa Sea Buckthorn and other amazing creations.
Caminada’s head chef, David Hartwig, will represent the master at the Peak and draw on his own Michelin-star experience at Paradies Hotel in Ftan, Switzerland, the Nomad Hotel in New York and Igniv in St Moritz, Switzerland.
