Okura Prestige serves up Tsubaki tea delights
The Okura Prestige Bangkok is offering “seasonal delights” of Tsubaki Afternoon Tea at Up & Above Bar from January 1 to March 31, 2020.
Celebrating the blossoming of the camellia flower in Japan, the sweet delights include cherry mignardise, Tsubaki macaron, Satonishiki black forest cake, Almond biscuit with Yuzu clafoutis, traditional Kyoho scones, Grape sorbet and more.
The savoury selection include crab roulade with cucumber, curd, dill and baby radish, a roast beef sandwich with celery salad on beetroot bread, and a classic smoked salmon and mimosa croissant.
Designed for two, the tea comes with a choice of premium Mariage Frères teas, Saro or Illy coffee. A range of other sparkling beverages is also available.
Tsubaki Afternoon Tea is priced from Baht 1,400, inclusive of Illy coffee, premium Mariage Frères or Saro tea for 2 persons.
