Uno Mas, the upmarket Spanish restaurant at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, goes wild for the authentic, feel-good Spanish dish – paella. Originating from Valencia, Spain’s national dish is now enjoyed all over the world, The difference between good and great paella is not only down to the skill of the chef, but also the quality of the ingredients used, which can range from common seafood to pork, chicken and vegetables. 

Uno Mas, however, serves it in a different way, in a split “half & half” bowl that features some of the finest imported products from the Mediterranean.

On one side is Dels Pirineus which has the richness of Iberico pork, Botifarra sausages, wild mushrooms and black truffles. On the other side, it’s Lobster Socarrant, which has succulent carabineros shrimp and delicate lobster – making this one paella dish like no other in Bangkok.
