DSI set to press sedition charges against more PDRC leaders

Department of Special Investigation chief Tarit Pengdith said Thursday that the department would on Monday press charges of sedition against some 30 or so second-tier leaders of the People's Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC).
These leaders included academics, former MPs and political activists who have gone on stage at the rally and lead protesters to storm into government charges. The list of those who will be charged includes former National Institution Development Adminstration dean Sombat Thamrongthanyawong; Democrat Party deputy spokesman Chitpas Bhirombhakdi and Dr Seri Wongmontha.
The DSI had earlier issued orders to freeze and investigate assets held by PDRC leaders.
