Former Democrat MP says Dhammakaya Temple hypocrite

Former Democrat MP Wirat Kalayasiri Thursday criticized the Dhammakaya Temple for being hypocrite regarding to the efforts by the Department of Special Investigation to arrest abbot Phra Dhammachayo.
Wirat said the monks of the temple pretended to allow the DSI officials to enter the temple to arrest the abbot only to meet strong resistance from the lay followers.
Wirat said the followers' claim that the monk could be persecuted under the coup-installed government was not justified because if Dhammachayo was innocent, no government would be able to persecute him.
