Religious extremists versus corporations

Terrorists are at war.

The battle? Religious extremists versus corporations.
The desired outcome? Global domination at the expense of human freedom and justice.
The armoury? For religious extremists – weapons, scripture, tunnel vision and hatred – whilst the corporations, already overflowing with multiple egos and moral poverty, utilise greed, spin, corruption and guile.
Either could win because evil is at the core of aspirations, whilst love, compassion and ethical reasoning are lacking in both mindsets.
The onlookers – the people – do little to influence a suitable and sustainable “outcome” (other than the occasional short-term whimper) and it is public inertia and indifference to the dangers at hand that will be our/the planet’s eventual downfall.
