Trump supporters still crowing about election as America fails

I occasionally wonder why some people take it upon themselves to irrationally defend the indefensible; why, in defiance of basic sanity, wisdom, common sense, moral wrath and plain decency, they nonetheless continue to void guano and moral turpitude on the good readers of this column.
Now it may be that the real agenda here is, for example, to either: provoke the ethical majority just for the sake of it; do it for a bet with fellow imbibers down the pub; or because there could be an aching emptiness in the soul of the dolt in question. Who knows? That sort of mind, if that be the word, is an unknown land for the compos mentis.
The Kafka-esque nature of these outpourings, notably the infantile anti-Democrat (!) rant by one invertebrate, flies in the face of all reason.
Specifically, we get this: “Hillary Clinton’s failure to secure the presidency in November ...” Right, we get that. So? How does that resonate with the current kasi-stocracy? Answer: squat. What does that have to do with the nutty incumbent? Bog all.
As a typically crude attempt to divert attention away from the real problem in Washington, it says more about the writer in question than the subject of his irrelevant ire.
