From 8pm nightly, the mood is elevated by live musical performances or DJs spinning the decks. Attitude’s Chef de Cuisine, Andrew Cole presents a journey of culinary senses with a take on modern western cuisine infused with eastern flavours.
French mixologist, Alex Hersent fashions his cocktails playing with wood smokers, liquid nitrogen and cocktail caviar spheres. His cocktails are a sensory explosion, and add to the spectacular champagne and wine list for a unique experience “sky high” on the river.
On New Year’s Eve from 7.30pm to 3am, guests can sip on Billecart-Salmon Champagne and enjoy an open bar of beers, cocktails, wines and shots; while nibbling on chic canapes. Feast on a live buffet of an extensive carvery, fresh seafood on ice and an indulgent ‘Caviars of the World’ selection. Dance to the beats by DJ Patsan and saxophonist Antonio. DJ Mello gets the countdown underway as fireworks light up the sky to a brilliant 2018.
