An Englishman abroad lapses into intolerance and bigotry 

I fondly remember my time in Great Britain well. A land of gentle hills and rolling farmland, warm beer, the very puzzling game called cricket, and tolerant, easy-going folks. I remember reading about how that small island stood alone against the murderous freak Adolf Hitler – a monster perhaps admired by some of the people who write into this paper.
So I was disappointed to read the disgraceful attack in Sunday’s edition of this newspaper, and on his own country at that, by the English racist Nigel Pike, a yeller-belly who fires junk from his hideout in Thailand. Now it’s not for the likes of me to question the editor’s right to publish what he likes, but this kind of disgusting bigotry is usually reserved for unregulated websites used by this type of creep.
Pike should know that like the nice Dr Frank I also have Irish ancestry and which I too am proud of. Now I don’t hold it against the Brits for producing a weird critter like Pike, as we have our own brands of racist nuts in the States who he identifies with. Thank the Lord that people like him are in the minority.
