At Elements, the romantic candlelit dinner begins with chilled champagne and a box of chocolates for your loved one.
The intimate feast takes off with a selection of amuse bouche, followed by such delights as langoustines and caviar with Sakura flower jelly, Hokkaido scallops, turbot in champagne sauce and tender Japanese wagyu beef.
Meanwhile, at Up & Above restaurant, couples can indulge in pan-fried foie gras on brioche, grilled seafood and seafood on ice, a selection of freshly made sushi and sashimi, oysters, butter baked Hotate scallops and a selection of hot Japanese specialties including ramen, gyoza and yakitori.
The Valentine’s Day dinner at Elements on February 14 from 6pm to 10.30pm is priced at Bt5,500 per person for a six-course spread including a glass of champagne and a chocolate gift box.
The Valentine’s Day buffet at Up & Above is priced from Bt2,500 per person, including a free flow of soft drinks, fruit juice and selected mocktails, the hotel said.
