Language barrier in bombing probe?
If the suspect arrested over the Erawan Shrine bombing is not Turkish, as the Turkish Embassy claims, and he is not Thai, as police claim, what language are they using to communicate with him?
I have searched through Thailand’s English-language newspapers, online reports and elsewhere, and I cannot find the answer to this question.
Surely this would provide a big clue to his real identity.
