Beware of biased media

Beware of biased media

The Internet is a fantastic tool that is helping people to understand different aspects of the world. When a news story breaks on the Internet, you can see a chronological list popping up with media outlets it and an updated time reference as to when they caught up with the story.

The list can reveal the level of importance different media give the story.
It is up to you to interpret the “hidden” information together with the content to separate fact from propaganda, and an independent media outlet from media pushing an agenda.
Advertising works, propaganda works and media’s output works. How can you talk about democracy when media, and especially when big influential media, take sides and are owned by few companies, or in reality by a few families? May be that is the biggest rigging of an election? Time to wake up?
May be that’s why Western countries are so eager to establish “democracy” everywhere. Through big media access to the people in a “democracy” in countries with interests or with resources, they can manipulate the people and get their will.
Media is clearly an important but also a dangerous and underestimated factor in how the world is functioning. The media needs to be investigated by others not themselves!
The last batch of leaks from Wikileaks on Hillary Clinton’s emails were released just days ago. Not a word in the major media like New York Times and Washington Post so far.
