Getting older doesn’t mean we should stop exercising and one of the best workouts for the ageing body is yoga, which tones the body, keeps internal organs and the hormonal system in balance, and refreshes the mind and spirit. Lullaby Yoga is now offering “Senior Yoga” classes for those over 55 who are interested in learning and practising yoga the proper and safe way.
Sessions are held every Friday from 10 to 11am at Lullaby Yoga Studio Life Centre at Q House.
