Beautiful brows and luscious nails
Local multibrand cosmetic shop Eveandboy, owned by young executive Hiran Tanmit, recently opened a new flagship store at Siam Square One.
Located on the lower ground floor, Eveandboy the Underground is divided into 12 zones, with each dedicated to exclusive brands. There’s a MAC Special MultiCounter and a Maybelline New York Boutique – the first in Asia. Over at Pom Vinij Studio leading Vinij Boonchaisri, Thailand’s leading makeup artist, is on hand to create perfect eyebrows. Shoppers will also find South Korea’s Makeup Helper, A:Concept and Pony Effect, plus Faby – Italian Nail Couture.
“The new store is spread over 1,500 sqm and we are offering more than 2,000 brands and 80,000 items at very special prices,” Hiran said.
The opening event was attended by several celebrities and also featured a fashion show on the theme GlamoRock with actress Virithipa “Woonsen” Pakdeeprasong, Eveandboy’s presenter, taking to the catwalk with her supermodel pals.
The fashion show was followed by eyebrow makeup tips from Vinij.
“Eyebrows can change the world for girls as well as illustrate the mood. A look changes completely with different eyebrow shapes. Eyebrow makeup is very important as it has to perfectly align with the shape of the face and personality of the person,” he said.
For great brows, Vinij recommends gentle cleaning and regular waxing, noting that waxing requires proper heat to activate blood circulation around the eyes.
