With Paul Smith, you’re always seeing stripes
Paul Smith certainly has a way with stripes, as can be seen at the new Artist Stripe Shop at CentralWorld in Bangkok.
The pop-up store has the entire Paul Smith line of striped clothing, from trainers to ties and socks to swimsuits.
Coloured stripes covering the floor, plinths and walls, running through the store like a stick of Brighton rock candy.
Smith taps the fantastic colour combinations of impressionist paintings and his Artist Stripe has been a regular feature of every collection since autumn-winter 2016.
Stripes appear as accents on shirt cuffs and jacket zip guards and as bold all-over prints on socks, ties and leather accessories.
The shop also stocks Paul Smith collaborations with other creative people, including Caran d’Ache pens.
It’s at the second-floor Sky Walk entrance to the Groove Zone until August 31.
