Let’s examine the records of the last two US leaders

Alf Haupt’s letter judged Barack Obama’s presidency as gutless and full of hot air. 
Gutless? One of many possible examples of Obama’s courage: the operation against Osama bin Laden.
Hot air? To name just two accomplishments:
Obama saved the US from one of the worst financial crises.
He forged a treaty to curb Iran’s nuclear ambition.
Now we have a crisis over North Korea. 
Two simple questions: Who is US president? Who is threatening the North with annihilation, inciting a response that makes a nuclear war possible?
Last but not least (and a simple yes or no will be sufficient): Do Haupt and his like want a nuclear war with millions of innocent people killed? It appears that some Americans are answering: “I don’t care as long as it’s far away from the US.” Have they forgotten that 300,000 Americans live in this region? Not to mention that a nuclear war would set the world back a century or more.
