Dasada Gallery in Prachin Buri bids a final farewell to His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej with a floral exhibition of yellow phalaenopsis orchids that runs throughout this month.

More than 2,000 rare yellow phalaenopsis orchids from 10 species will be displayed together with a 2.5by2 metre stuccowork decorated with dried amaranths to form the portrait of the late monarch. The admission fee is Bt100 for adults and Bt50 for children. The proceeds after deduction of expenses will be donated to the Chaipattana Foundation.

Dasada Flower Essence Resort Khao Yai offers accommodations against the backdrop of Khao Yai National Park. Nestled in 1,000 rai and within two hours drive of Bangkok, Dasada’s concept is “The Flower Es’sense Resort” inspired by the abundance of beautiful flowers in various forms and colours. It is a good choice for families with both elderly and very young members. Throughout this month, guests can participate in rice planting and join with chefs to handpick natural produce grown in the resort for homecooked meals.
