The US constitution is rotten with racism
Re: “Re: “US ‘anti-racism’ protests are attacking foundation of racial equality”, Have Your Say, October 3.
JC Wilcox says there is nothing racist about the United States constitution. The constitution refers to slaves as “other people” and says they are three-fifths of a human being. Anyone who doesn’t think that is racism must be a racist himself. My advice to Mr Wilcox is that he sticks to writing about vegetarianism – the only subject on which he makes sense.
