Spanish brutality a taste of things to come

Spanish brutality a taste of things to come

Spain is a member country of the European Union. Catalonia is an industrious region in its northeastern corner, very important to the country’s GDP.

It is intent on seceding from Spain as it produces much but receives little from the national government. Catalonia sees itself as supporting the rest of the country economically, while being capable of thriving as an independent country. Its attempt to offer Catalans a referendum last Sunday to decide on its independence was met with horrific brutality from the national police. Even frail, aged people, completely defenceless, were beaten indiscriminately with batons and pulverised with rubber bullets.
The president of the EU Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, and the European Court of Human Rights, ECHR, have failed to condemn the thuggery meted out to innocent people including elderly and middle-aged women. Blood streaming from severe head wounds, they were victims of Spanish justice. If they were breaking Spanish law, as claimed by PM Mariano Rajoy, why were they not arrested and stood before a court of law. This behaviour should send a clear warning to all other member states: challenge or disobey EU rule and you will suffer the same treatment.
By seceding from Spain, Catalonia would also be effectively exiting the EU, and that, in the opinion of the globalists in Brussels, makes physical brutality permissible. For its audacity in leaving the EU the UK is also a victim of their bullying and monetary extortion.
In spite of the fact that many EU countries are members of Nato, the EU is forming its own “army”. Europe has Nato to maintain peace on the continent, as it has done for 70 years, so why the need for another military organisation? The reason is now blatantly clear.   Like the Spanish police thugs who were protected with heavy riot gear, the role of the EU “army” will be solely to physically enforce EU diktat. Any group or member state stepping out of line will be severely dealt with. The evil totalitarian nature of the European Union has been made abundantly clear. It started as a free-trade area based on the 1957 Treaty of Rome. Asean, TPP and TTIP members beware. What you see in Europe is the New World Order’s blueprint with its proposed one world government.
Marxist culture globalism is morphing us ever closer to the horror of a worldwide totalitarian dystopia.
