Did Turkish cheats learn tricks at Thailand’s school for scammers?

I nearly laughed myself to death when I read this piece.
Overcharging on food and drink bills and cheating on taxi meters – sound familiar? Good thing there is no jet-ski scam too. I wonder where those Turkish crooks learned the art of cheating?
It proves one thing, though. What goes around comes around.
