Slash returns to thrill Bangkok

Guns N’ Roses’ axeman Slash is back in Thailand this week, performing his second concert tomorrow night (January 10) with Alter Bridge’s singer Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators at GMM Live House on the eighth floor of CentralWorld.

Part of the band’s Asian tour, Slash – one of the greatest guitarists of all time – is stopping in Thailand after playing in Singapore, and will continue on to South Korea on January 13, Japan on January 15 and 17, and China on January 20 and 22.
Slash will present with his latest and third album, “Living the Dream”. Like its predecessors “World on Fire” and 2012’s “Apocalyptic Love”, it features 12 songs including “Call of the Wild”, “Read Between the Lines”, “Serve You Right” and the anthemic first single “Driving Rain.”
Slash, who was born Saul Hudson, is a British–American musician and songwriter. He is the lead guitarist of the American hard rock band Guns N' Roses, with whom he achieved worldwide success in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
In 1993, Slash formed the side project Slash's Snakepit. After leaving Guns N' Roses in 1996, he co-founded the supergroup Velvet Revolver, which re-established him as a mainstream performer.
He returned to Guns N' Roses in 2016.
Tickets cost Bt2,200 and Bt3,200 at Thai Ticket Major (02) 262 3456 and visit www.ThaiTicketMajor.com.
