Sabio, a Singapore-based Spanish restaurant, is now dishing up tantalising delicacies to foodies at the Emsphere shopping mall in Bangkok’s Phrom Phong area.

The new outlet, which specialises in tapas and grills, is Sabio’s first branch outside Singapore and highlights carefully selected ingredients from Spain to attract Thai and foreign nationals.

The spacious 160-square-metre restaurant seats 80 diners, both indoors and outdoors. Most of the area is painted a striking red, highlighting installations of a two-metre-tall zebra and a golden horse picking a red apple.

An open kitchen allows visitors to watch the chefs as they prepare their interesting creations.

Sabio is located at the EM Wonder zone on the fifth floor of the Emsphere shopping mall. It’s open daily from 5pm.
