Luk thung singer Tai Orathai performs her debut solo concert, “Dokya Klang Muangyai” at GMM Live House on the eighth floor of CentralWorld on June 22 at 7pm.

The singer, who has been on Thailand’s music scene for more than 16 years, has produced a series of hits including “Dokya Nai Papoon”, “Kin Khao Rue Yang”, and “Yoo Nai Jai Samer”.
Her guests include Pai Pongsatorn and Tree Chainarong.
Tickets cost from Bt1,500 to Bt5000 for VIPs, the latter also getting a hooded sweater and an MP3 recording.

In memory of Sa-nga

Sala Chalermkrung remembers National Artist Sa-nga Arumpee with the concert, “Khid Thueng ... Khru Jaew 98 Pee”, at Sala Chalermkrung Royal Theatre on June 23. 
Concertgoers can expect to hear many hits from such TV dramas as “Namta Sangtai”, “Sabai Prae”, “Monrak Dokkamtai”, “Ruan Pae”, and “Sud Thirak”. They’ll be covered by veteran singers Suthep Wongkamhaeng, Jintana Suksathit, Wiratch Yoothaworn, Winai Panthurak and Nantawan Mekyai.

A toast to love

Lyricists Nitipong Honark and Boyd Kosiyabong will present their timeless songs in the upcoming concert, “The Lyrics of Love: Greatest Hits of Dee & Boyd” being staged at Royal Paragon Hall on July 13 and 14.
Amp Saowaluck, Nop Ponchamni, Christina Aguilar, Pod Tanachai, Mai Charoenpura, Burin Boonvisut, Masha Wattanapanich, Noi Pru, Nat Myria, and Ben Chalathit will perform.

Pedal to the metal

Pong Stone Metal Fire, Blackhead, Billy Ogan, Eed Fly, Kob Taxi and Retrospect as well as guest Sek LoSo will rock the stage in “The Rock Power Concert” taking place at Thunder Dome, Muang Thong Thani on July 27.

All rapped out

The winners, contestants and commentators from all seasons of “The Rapper” are getting together on July 27 at Royal Paragon Hall for the hip-hop extravaganza “The Rapper All-Star Concert”. 
Producers Joey Boy and Khan Thaitanium along with commentators Golf F--king Hero, UrboyTJ, Twopee Southside and Pujan Longmike will share the emcee honours.
