Hungarian Ambassador De' nes Tomaj yesterday urged Crime Suppression Police to solve the murder of Hungarian businessman Joseph Peter Reisz, 47, whose bloody body was found in the woods in Phuket's Kathu district last Friday.

Meeting with Pol Maj-General Supisarn Bhakdinarinath, commander of Crime Suppression Police, and his deputy Pol Colonel Prasopchok Prommul, Tomaj gave information on the suspected killer to aid the investigation.

Prasopchok said Phuket police had gathered evidence to present to the court and an arrest warrant was approved for Hungarian national Moshe David, 35, on charges of murder and concealing the body to cover up the crime.

The two men allegedly had a conflict that was violent to the point that a death threat was made. Police were also checking whether some Thais helped David in this crime.
